    Full-Stack Engineer

    • Independently owned Better COD Form & Upsells from design through production release — a multi-tenant SaaS application now live on the Shopify App Store, serving merchant storefronts in 9 languages.
    • Broke down ambiguous client requirements into scoped, estimable work; communicated progress, trade-offs and blockers asynchronously across time zones.
    • Built tenant-facing configuration tooling — a drag-and-drop form builder and template system in React — giving each merchant independent configuration without code changes.
    • Designed PostgreSQL schemas via Prisma to model merchant configuration, order and offer workflows across tenants.
    • Implemented OAuth 2.0 authorisation and JWT session handling for an embedded third-party application, with PII handled under strict data-protection requirements.
    • Built customer-facing analytics surfacing order and conversion metrics, giving merchants operational visibility into their own data.
    • Shipped a second product end to end: a lead-collection platform built with Next.js, Express and Puppeteer.
    • Deliver code review and pairing for 4 interns and junior developers; use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot daily for scaffolding, refactors and test generation.

    Senior Software Engineer

    • Led delivery of SpeedCart from design to production — a subscription SaaS product live on the Shopify App Store with a 5★ customer rating — including billing, free-trial handling and tenant provisioning.
    • Diagnosed and resolved webhook delivery failures by re-architecting ingestion around a queue with idempotency guarantees, sustaining all inbound traffic with zero data loss.
    • Built a returns-management system spanning RMA, refunds and restocking — translating varied customer return policies into configurable business rules and supporting schemas.
    • Reviewed peers’ work, flagged quality gaps in shared code, and conducted 20+ technical interviews; mentored engineers across the team.

    Software Engineer

    • Delivered features on Paperturn, a commercial SaaS flipbook platform with a global user base, working within an established codebase and release process.
    • Built the frontend of a ticketing system with React, Ant Design and GraphQL, focused on reusable components and predictable state management.
    • Maintained Jest and React Testing Library coverage on critical user flows, catching regressions before release.
    • Investigated and fixed defects with no obvious root cause across unfamiliar parts of the codebase.
